We aim to get your pieces to you as smoothly and quickly as possible, but as we grow, please bear with us if things occasionally take a little longer than expected, especially during busy periods. Once your order is placed, we typically process and prepare it for shipment within 1 to 3 business days.

2. Delivery Time

After your order ships, delivery generally takes 9 to 14 days, depending on your location and local carrier conditions.

3. Total Estimated Delivery

Altogether, most orders arrive within 10 to 17 days from the date of purchase.

Please note these timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. We always aim to get your order to you as fast as possible, so it may arrive sooner, but occasionally, factors outside our control (customs, carrier delays, high demand) can push it slightly later.

For now, we ship within the EU. We aim to expand to more destinations soon.
